ÎMPACT.wgm is the working title for WGM's leadership development process, one of the key strategic initiatives of our strategic plan.

An accent is something that gets special emphasis, hence the title ÎMPACT.wgm.

The name represents both WGM's wholistic ministry emphasis, as well as our desire to develop leadership depth at all levels for the organzation.
